DIY Coffee scrub your skin will thank you for

Let’s talk about exfoliation.

It is the removal of the dead dry skin (eww) on the surface of your face. Not only is it one of the most important parts of any skin care regimen, it also aids to many skin problems and promotes blood circulation, which in turn, leaves you with healthy glowing skin! (Oh heck yeah!)

You might not think of a scrub being soothing, but trust me, this one is. Not only is it soothing but coffee actually as major benefits for the skin. Coffee grounds are loaded with antioxidants (helps with aging, tightens skin, sun spots.. so much more), has anti inflammatory properties, helps reduce under eye puffiness, and also helps tighten your skin and reduce cellulite! So instead reaching for scrubs with harsh chemicals and an even harsher prices, coffee grounds mixed with other natural components have such great benefits for your skin that are immediately noticeable and effective!

What  you will need:

2 tables spoons of coffee grounds

1 table spoon of honey/coconut oil

1 table spoon of brown sugar

2 dashes of ground cinnamon.

Make sure you start with a clean face, then mixed all the ingredients together until they form a gooey paste and start scruba dub dubbin! You will feel your pores being freed from all that clog and build up instantly! I’m not kidding. You will literally feel like you have a new face!

After rinsing be sure to moisturize and enjoy looking in the mirror at the sexy beast you are!
